The sections of the site where banner ad space is available currently has over 50,000 hits a month with over 1600 unique visitors a month. We have recently launched the website, and traffic is steadily growing. We expect traffic to increase even more in the coming months as we continue to get the word out as well as adding new content and tools. Advertising on AirJobsOnline.com only makes sense because you are assured that only people involved in aviation will see your message.

Visibility

In order to guarantee that visitors see your message, all banner ads appear near the top of the page just below the header and are rotated dynamically between all the pages. And all Featured Employer logo ads appear in a vertical column on the left side of every page. The number of Featured Employer ads are limited to 10, so don't wait get yours today.

We currently offer three types of advertising. Banner advertising, "Featured Employer" advertising on all pages, and new economy button advertising available on specific pages of the website based on a monthly flat rate. The new button ads can be used if your advertising budget is slim and you want the most effective use of your advertising dollars. It's that simple!

Button ads are available for 30 day increments and must meet the specs listed below. Button ads are great in that you are only targeting a specific type of job seeker (if you have a nifty new screwdriver that you only want to advertise to maintenance people, you just buy button ad space only on the maintenance pages). Better get them quick though, as these spots will be limited to only 4 buttons per section.

Longer duration periods are available for both banner ads and Featured Employer button ads at a discounted rate.

Exceptions may be made to accommodate odd sized Logo's for the Featured Employer ad specifications at the discretion of the webmaster.

RIGHT TO REFUSE: AirJobsOnline.com reserves the right to refuse any advertising requests, or to cancel advertisements that do not fulfill the terms of this agreement and/or conform to the technical specifications. AirJobsOnline.com does not accept advertising requests from organizations promoting products or services related to adult material, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, racism or any illegal material or any other subject matter deemed inappropriate by AirJobsOnline.com.

INDEMNIFICATION FOR LIABILITY: Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the advertisement, and/or any material linked through the advertisement. Advertiser represents and warrants that the use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti-discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity. Advertiser agrees to indemnify AirJobsOnline.com and to hold AirJobsOnline.com harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by AirJobsOnline.com, arising out of or related to advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

DELIVERY OF ADS: AirJobsOnline.com will make a good faith effort to begin displaying banner ads on the start date if applicable. However, advertiser understands that by the nature of online advertising, the advertising campaign's exact start and end dates and the rate of daily impressions delivered may vary due to fluctuations in daily traffic.

REFUND: Any amount paid is not refundable. AirJobsOnline.com will only provide a refund in the event we do not advertise your banner ad for any reason. If you're purchasing banner ads for the first time, we recommend that you buy a smaller amount for testing purposes.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES: In no event will AirJobsOnline.com be liable to the advertiser for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not AirJobsOnline.com has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These standard terms sets forth the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements and representations between the parties, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter contained herein.

Furthermore, advertising statistics are provided as-is without any guarantees. AirJobsOnline.com shall not be liable for any claims as they relate to the advertising statistics.
